Entry Permit Holder Training

Unions apply for entry permits on behalf of a proposed permit holder. The proposed permit holder must complete training on their rights and responsibilities before we issue a permit.

Right of entry training explains the rights and responsibilities of permit holders.

Before authorities can issue a permit, the proposed permit holder must complete appropriate training. The permit application should include evidence such as:

  • a certificate

  • an attendance sheet

  • an affidavit

  • a declaration

  • a letter

The proposed permit holder’s correct legal name must appear on the evidence of training. Authorities may ask for more information if the names do not match.

Delivery method: Face to Face. Please contact the CFMEU ACT Branch office on 02 6230 1320 for further details.
