Entry Permit Holder Training
Unions apply for entry permits on behalf of a proposed permit holder. The proposed permit holder must complete training on their rights and responsibilities before we issue a permit.

Before authorities can issue a permit, the proposed permit holder must complete appropriate training. The permit application should include evidence such as:

a certificate

an attendance sheet

an affidavit
-
a declaration
-
a letter
The proposed permit holder’s correct legal name must appear on the evidence of training. Authorities may ask for more information if the names do not match.
